    We're seeking a safety focussed Tumble Operators to join our Brickworks VIC Plant in Wollert, Victoria.

    Reporting to the Production Supervisor you will be responsible for delivering daily output targets.

    This position is responsible for unloading and loading of brick production and storing product away safely and appropriately, ensuring pallets are correctly wrapped and labelled.


    This position is crucial to support the growing market demand for the Laneway and Recycled Range of products.

    Duties include but are not limited to:



    • Hand stack brick products onto pallets from the outfeed conveyor line.
    • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures outlined by Brickworks.
    • Operate twin and single tyne forklifts (forklift licence required).
    • Operate machinery efficiently.
    • Maintain daily housekeeping duties.
    • Unload and remove waste brick bins.
    • Load and unload the Tumbler production line, storing products safely and appropriately.
    • Ensure pallets are correctly wrapped and labelled.
    • Maintain and audit stocks of pallets, labels, and packaging materials.
    • Organise stock to meet daily output requirements.
    • Provide daily output reporting.
    Success Requirements


    • Current Forklift Licence.
    • Current driving licence.
    • Strong skills in operating a forklift safely and efficiently.
    • Competence in operating and controlling equipment.
    • Ability to ensure machinery is working properly and maintain equipment routinely
    • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
    • A commitment to WHS policies and procedures.
    • A willingness to work as part of a small team.
    • Excellent time management skills.
