    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide general administration support to branch departments (sales, parts, service)
    • Provide excellent customer service to branch visitors including taking phone calls and directing them to the required parties within the branch
    • Manage daily banking, purchase orders, mail distribution, letter preparation and office supplies
    • Provides support to our sales team, including data entry, administrative duties and filing of insurance paperwork
    • Handle standard accounts payable and accounts receivable entries
    • Compilation and reconciliation of weekly times sheets and leave to payroll (as required)
    • Prepare documents and promotional material for distribution
    • Update and coordinate information between our customers and sales representatives
    • Assist the parts department in displaying and selling toys and merchandise
    • Other ad-hoc branch and sales-related administration duties as required

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Experience in a previous administrative position.
    • A desire to build genuine relationships and connections.
    • A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills.
    • Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Keen attention to detail with an ability to multitask
    • Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and an ability to use CRM and Finance systems.
