- Provide meaningful insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Assist in providing accurate financial performance reporting
- Coordinate detailed analysis on financial reporting and balance sheet movements
- Lead the design and development of reporting for key initiatives
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting for claim cost, expenses, and initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Produce executive level internal and external reports
- Assist with developing financial models for various projects and initiatives
- Provide SME support for various Finance systems/tools
- Contribute to a high performing team that delivers insights to the business
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organisation
- Deep understanding of the Claims business
- 5+ years experience in financial services, preferably within Insurance industry
- Experience in finance and accounting including financial management/reporting
- Extensive knowledge of finance reporting systems and frameworks
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask, adhere to deadlines and perform under pressure
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Actuarial studies
- CA/CPA/CIMA qualified
