- Greeting visitors and ensuring they feel welcome
- Managing security and telecommunications systems
- Handling queries via phone, email, and general correspondence
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Taking and delivering messages to the appropriate staff members promptly
- Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail
- Managing office expenses and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Overseeing office inventory, including stationery, equipment, and furniture
- Assisting the HR team with onboarding and termination processes
- Ensuring safety and hygiene standards are maintained for the reception area
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Tech-savvy with the ability to operate office equipment
- Previous experience in a customer service industry is preferred
- Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

What this opportunity involves:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at JLL, working with one of our largest, global clients As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our reception area, ensuring efficient communication throughout the office, and providing administrative support to various departments.
