Job Title: Team Member

At our restaurant, we're looking for team members who can create an amazing guest experience. Our team is responsible for delivering excellent results in quality, guest service, safety, security, cleanliness, and product preparation.

Essential Job Functions

1. Deliver high-quality food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, responding to their needs promptly, and thanking them for their business.
3. Explain menu items accurately and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
4. Operate a Point of Sale system/cash register to record orders and compute order amounts; collect payment from guests.
5. Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
6. Follow all company policies and procedures.
7. Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

1. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
2. Basic knowledge of computers and Point of Sale systems desired.
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
4. Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.

Experience, Education & Training

1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Food Handler certification may be required.
3. Ability to stand and walk for long periods, including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
