    • Immediate opportunities

    • South-west and North-west locations

    2 Building management positions.

    One located in the North-West and the other based in the South-west.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Regular building inspections
    • Handling tenancy enquiries and ensure any issues are followed up in a timely manner
    • Identify defects and deficiencies in the delivery of services
    • Maintenance of risk management and compliance documentation
    • Coordinate external contractors for maintenance works
    • Management of common facilities, ensuring safe and clean conditions
    • Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally

    ABOUT YOU:

    • Ideally 2-3 years building management experience
    • BMC experience
    • Proven ability to work autonomously
    • Proven ability to build solid relationships and rapport with tenants and other stakeholders
    • Understand the importance of delivering the best customer service
