About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team for a fixed-term period of 6 months.

In this part-time (4 days per week) position, you'll enjoy a hybrid work arrangement: 2 days in our Bella Vista office and 2 days working from home.

As an Accounts Payable Officer, your primary responsibility will be to support our Accounts Payable Team in day-to-day AP activities.

This includes efficiently processing incoming invoices, reimbursements, and credit card statements, maintaining accurate financial records and vendor data, and generating reports as required.

You'll also collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate essential processes and promptly resolve any queries or complaints.

Additionally, you'll assist the Accounts Payable Manager and the wider Finance team with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.

About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
