    Job Title: Test Manager

    We are seeking a dedicated Test Manager to lead and develop our testing environment. This role is essential in building, stabilising, and maturing testing processes to ensure that our applications meet the highest quality standards.

    About the Role:

    The successful candidate will own the testing framework, bringing a strategic approach to enhancing product reliability and supporting our operational goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Take full ownership of the testing environment, aligning processes with business goals and quality standards.
    • Establish and refine testing processes to create a stable and consistent testing environment across all projects.
    • Implement initiatives to mature the testing function, introducing best practices and tools that improve efficiency and quality.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development and infrastructure, to integrate testing protocols effectively.

    Key Skills & Experience:

    • Extensive experience in managing testing environments with a focus on building stable, high-quality testing processes.
    • Proven ability to design and implement long-term improvements in testing practices and tools.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent process management skills to ensure consistency and quality across all testing activities.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to promote testing best practices and ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams.

    Requirements:

    A minimum salary of $120,000 per annum is offered for this position.
