- Providing on-site support to end users across hardware, software and other devices
- Respond to support issues raised through first line calls, tickets and face to face queries
- Equipment set up such as PC's, laptops, mobiles and conference room equipment
- Communicate to various internal stakeholders
- Adhere to processes and documentation requirements
- Strong customer service experience is essential
- 2+ years experience within Help Desk / Service Desk support
- Able to use O365, Active Directory, Intune
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and some software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
