About the Job:

• Exciting opportunity to provide end-to-end technical support to users, including remote and telephone-based IT support and hands-on technical tasks.
• Responsible for incident triage, analysis, and resolution related to software, hardware, and Audio-visual services.
• Reporting to the IT Frontline Services Manager to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting SLA/OLA targets.

About You:

• Proven track record in enterprise software and hardware support within an ITIL framework.
• Customer-focused, proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving incidents, problems, and project-based work.
