- Responsible for incident triage, analysis, and resolution related to software, hardware, and Audio-visual services.
- Reporting to the IT Frontline Services Manager to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting SLA/OLA targets.
- Proven track record in enterprise software and hardware support within an ITIL framework.
- Customer-focused, proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving incidents, problems, and project-based work.
