    About the opportunity

    We have an exciting 12-month, part-time opportunity for a Administration Officer to play a key role in providing excellence in customer service and administration. The working days will be 3 days a week with flexibility.

    You will contribute by:

    • Provide the following support to RO team
    • Assist with procurement management
    • Order Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
    • Co-ordinate and take minutes for meetings with internal and external stakeholders
    • Assist with records management using TRIM
    • Assist RO staff with preparing correspondence including exemption applications, management plans, electric line on public land exemptions and incident reports
    • Coordinate and update relevant documentation and systems for annual fee change
    • Provide project administration support for RO as requested
    • Triage technical enquires and allocate to relevant Compliance Officers
    • Manage the relevant pages and content of ESV's intranet (MyESV) and ESV's website
    • Provide support to the ESV Administration Team. Actively participate in monthly administration meetings and assist with administrative projects as required.
    • Coordinate training and assist with related setup requirements

    About you To be successful, you'll have:

    • Experience in the provision of general administrative support including preparation of correspondence, filing, organising and updating of data bases.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with a range of both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proven ability and willingness to provide assistance to others in a team environment and be proactive in seeking work.
    • Competency in maintaining office filing and electronic and hard copy records systems, ability to take minutes and prepare routine correspondence.
    • Well-developed computer skills using a range of computer software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases and Outlook.
    • Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise, organise and self-manage workload in a deadline driven environment.
    • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to be discreet and empathetic in relation to sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
    • Ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision.
    • Knowledge of TRIM and PEGA document and work management systems is desirable
