    Your Role: As a Product Manager you'll be at the forefront of their growth strategy, collaborating with regional & international teams, your responsibilities include:

    • Formulating and implementing product growth strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.
    • Evaluating market conditions and competitor data to identify emerging trends and optimize incentives and campaigns. Be the SME for the Australian Payments Landscape including pricing trends.
    • Understand clients' pain points and drive business requirements to address these pain points along with clear go-to-market strategies.
    • Work on cross-functional projects, tech builds, drafting of business requirement documents, process mapping & re-engineering.

    Requirements:

    • 5-7 years of experience in cross-border payments product management or user growth management. (International Payments Experience is non-negotiable).
    • Ability to work across organizational boundaries and improve cross-functional collaboration.
    • Proven ability to independently drive market and client research, converting data into actionable insights and driving end-to-end development of business requirement documents.
    • Hybrid work arrangement - 3 days in the office.
