    • Supervise a portfolio of significant accounts within the allocated territory.
    • Perform on-site evaluations to assess client needs, evaluate equipment performance, and ascertain rental feasibility.
    • Cultivate enduring relationships with clients through consistent communication.
    • Identify opportunities for expanding sales by offering additional products/services to existing clients.
    • Tailor equipment solutions to match client requirements and project specifications.
    • Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to analyze account performance metrics.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
    • Keep updated on industry trends to identify potential business prospects.

    Requirments:

    • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with a background in the service industry.
    • Previous experience in visiting construction sites is advantageous.
    • Demonstrate a disciplined approach to effectively manage accounts and pipeline activities.
    • Ability to quickly establish rapport while maintaining professional relationships.
    • Proficient in delivering persuasive presentations, skilled negotiation, and effective deal closure.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Preferably possess tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
