    About the Opportunity

    A unique opportunity exists for a full time Property Administrator to join our growing success and become a part of a vibrant working environment in our Brisbane CBD office. Working within the Asset Management team, this role will allow you to showcase your existing administration skills and further develop your career with a great company.

    Key responsibilities will include;

    • Ensure accuracy of data entry into MRI for all Lease information provided by Property Management Team
    • Ensure accurate allocation of rental payments and record of remittances
    • Process monthly charges in timely manner
    • Maintain an accurate tenancy schedule and diary of action dates
    • Adherence to the Monthly calendar in order to meet Landlord's End of Month reporting requirements.

    What Sets You Apart

    • Previous experience in Finance, Property or Lease Administration
    • Real Estate experience desirable but not essential
    • Excellent relationship developing capabilities with internal and external clients
    • Be proactive and willing to provide support to other team members
    • Exceptional organisational and time management skills to meet monthly deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
    • A proven ability to adapt and learn quickly
    • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
