- Lead, manage, supervise and develop your team.
- Ensure the planning and delivery of ICT enterprise solutions meets user's requirements.
- Identify, assess and manage/mitigate risk in regards to ICT enterprise solutions in a proactive manner.
- Develop projects and project manage the implementation of new ICT initiatives, as required.
- Demonstrate leadership and enthusiasm to staff within the team and motivate those staff to achieve the performance expected of the division.
- Ideally 5+ years of experience in managing, supporting or implementing Business and/or ICT applications.
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation and maintenance of Enterprise Business Solutions such as Technology One, Salesforce, Oracle ERP, Ticketing Tools, HR systems etc.
- Good understanding of various technology components; how applications integrate or interact with one another and with other technological components such as servers, databases etc.
- Ability to understand and/or define business requirements and translate to technical requirements, solutions, or workarounds.
- Tertiary qualifications within Information Technology or Computer Science are essential.
