About the role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Senior Youth Worker to join our team. Our youth residential program provides accommodation and intensive support to children and young people with various needs.

As a Senior Youth Worker, you will lead and mentor a team of Youth Workers in meeting a child or young person's needs while promoting culturally safe and competent practice. You will work collaboratively with children, young people, family, and stakeholders to develop and deliver individualized support plans.

Role Requirements

• you must have a minimum of Cert IV qualification recognized under the child safety minimum qualification standards (or be willing to actively study).
• you must possess certification in Hope and Healing for residential care (ability to obtain).
• a current P1
