As Store Manager you will lead & motivate the flagship team to create special and memorable moments for your customers, and maintain a premium environment that emulates the brand.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Build strong relationships with customers, offering personalized styling advice and ensuring their needs are met with sensitivity.
Ensure premium visual merchandising standards are maintained to showcase our products effectively.
Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, coaching team members to deliver a consistent brand experience.

Your Skills:

Previous experience in retail management, preferably in premium fashion or beauty.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a team.
Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
Ability to thrive in a dynamin environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience in executing VM guides and standards to a very high level
Organised and structure individual who has an eye for detail
