At Little Boomers Basketball, we're proud to be Australia's leading kids' basketball program. Our mission is to introduce children to the game in a fun, supportive, and non-competitive environment. Through our programs, kids build confidence, learn teamwork, and develop a genuine love for sport—all while mastering the fundamentals of basketball.

As a Coach, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and encouraging space where kids feel included, motivated, and excited to learn.

Who we are looking for?

• Available to work Saturday and Sunday mornings (8:30am to 12 pm) at our Manor Lakes location.
• Genuine passion for working with children, with the ability to connect, engage, and build positive relationships.
• Reliable and able to commit to the role for at least 12 months.
• Prior basketball knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and grow as a Coach, with the opportunity to progress as we expand across Wyndham.
• A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to apply after interview).

Starting rate is $25/hr (incl. super) while completing training of roughly 8 weeks. Once you're ready to coach solo, your rate increases to $30/hr or higher depending on experience—with the potential to grow to around $40/hr as you develop and perform consistently.
