    DevOps Engineer

As they press forward with their mission, our client is in search of a skilled DevOps Engineer to join their enthusiastic team and make valuable contributions to automate the deployment of their SaaS features.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to automate application deployment and expansion, ensuring adaptability.
    • Construct and manage CI/CD pipelines to guarantee dependable and seamless software distribution.
    • Monitor system performance, proactively pinpoint bottlenecks, and fine-tune application effectiveness.
    • Design, implement, and sustain the cloud-based infrastructure for the platform.
    • Uphold security best practices and align the platform with industry standards.
    • Establish and maintain configuration management tools, simplifying infrastructure configuration and updates.
    • Devise and sustain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure, deployment, and procedures for troubleshooting.
    • Enhance and optimize DevOps workflows persistently to amplify efficiency and output.
    • Aid in crafting mechanisms for disaster recovery and failover to ensure optimal availability.
    • Remain informed about the most recent advancements in DevOps, sustainable practices, and cloud technologies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent practical background.
    • Demonstrated track record as a DevOps Engineer (3+ years).
    • Profound proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS.
    • Mastery of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.
    • Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD tools, including CircleCI, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
    • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
    • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like ELK stack, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.
    • Strong comprehension of networking protocols and concepts.
    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Ruby, Python, or Bash.
    • Capability to function harmoniously in a dynamic, agile environment.
    • Exceptional critical thinking skills, coupled with adeptness at solving problems even in high-pressure situations.
    • Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL variants.
    • Prior experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture.
    • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks.
