The role:

As a Trade Assistant in our Plant, People and Logistics team, you will aid our Maintenance department with trade related duties working on and around mobile plant and equipment.

Your every day:

Basic machine servicing, compliance checks and inspections
Day to day workshop tasks
Upholding a strong safety culture - regularly assisting in providing safety checks and inspections
Assisting in troubleshooting where possible
Liaising and keeping open lines of communication with relevant stakeholders
Keeping the site as clean as possible - regularly cleaning equipment, plant and machinery as well as keeping workshops and sheds tidy and risk free

Who are you?

Have relevant tickets and licenses
Strong safety sense with knowledge of basic workplace practices
Excellent communicator
Current white card
Knowledge of use around basic hand & power tools
Knowledge and basic exposure to plant & machinery
Basic computer/Tablet skills an advantage
Transport to and from our workshop
