    Searching for an opportunity that just adds up? We have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team at Holiday Inn Sydney Airport.

    Working closely with our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for raising customer invoices, managing accounts receivable, cash collection and related administration duties.


    Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
    Full functions Accounts receivable, allocations and billings.
    Submitting invoices on clients'portal in a timely manner
    Daily matching of EFT's, BPAY, Credit Cards.
    Setting up new customers with adequate credit check and risk review.
    Effectively resolve disputed invoices.
    Reconciliation of major accounts.
    Assist with processing income and payments.
    Collection of payments and chasing overdue accounts
    Assist with ensuring the maintenance of an effective and professional credit control system for the organisation.
    Ensure compliance to the company policies, procedures and statutory requirement.

    What We need from you:
    Rights to legally work full time in Australia
    Experience working in a similar role within a hotel environment with high volume accounts would be an advantage.
    Strong customer service skills are required.
    Extremely high attention to detail
    Excellent communication skills both interpersonal and written
    Experience using Opera System
