    Lead the team in this exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounting professional in the Audit & Assurance division of a Top 100 Accounting Firm based in North Eastern Victoria.


    • Strategize audit engagements by identifying risks, formulating audit strategies, establishing timelines, coordinating team members, and negotiating fees.

    • Identify avenues to enhance the value of existing client engagements within the firm.

    • Offer coaching and support to foster skill development among team members.

    YOU | As a Manager, you will be the primary point of contact and accountable for overseeing multiple audit engagements. You will supervise and support assigned engagement teams in all facets of the audit process. To thrive in this role, you will have:


    • A degree in Accounting or a related field with a major in Accounting.

    • Completed CA/CPA

    • 5 or more years audit experience of which 3 years have been in professional services or a client service orientated capacity

    • Experience with Caseware Working Papers and Financial Statements is preferable

    • For the right candidate, relocation and Visa support can be considered.
