    Join our Coolaroo Team as we seek to welcome a new Customer Service Officer on board

    Enter a realm where we provide indispensable solutions to our customers' waste and recycling management needs. Your role will involve addressing inquiries from residents, businesses, and councils, offering resolutions via phone and email, ensuring their satisfaction remains paramount.

    As the Customer Service Officer, you embody the authentic voice of our customers and often serve as the face of our business. Your responsibilities include resolving customer issues, collaborating with various teams within the company to execute tasks such as generating work orders, aiding in customer onboarding, and attending to driver requirements.

    Who you are

    • You boast prior experience in a dynamic customer care or support role.
    • Customer-Centric: You excel at building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
    • Deadline-Driven: Comfortable with daily problem-solving and time-sensitive tasks, your excellent communication, organization, and time management skills shine.
    • Positive Outlook: You bring a can-do attitude to the table, fostering a team-oriented approach.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous).
    • Looking for a part time or full time position

    Whilst experience in the waste or transport industries would be useful, more important to us, is the drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment.
