- Develop a rich set of insights through primary market research that will help us understand our guest community better. - Maximise our PR and influencer agency relationships: you'll set the strategy and drive the day to day execution of our agency partners, holding them to a high degree of accountability. You're constantly seeking to optimise agency resources to achieve our marketing objectives.
- Orchestrate seasonal campaigns: work with cross functional teams to deliver seasonal campaigns that are tied to key cultural and travel moments throughout the year.
- Maintain a detailed marketing calendar of events and effectively project manage all the moving pieces to ensure our campaigns are executed flawlessly.
- Understand cultural moments and how to leverage them to increase the brand's narrative.
- Coordinate and develop impactful brand activations, cultural marketing campaigns, and brand marketing campaigns that grow brand awareness and build brand salience of Turo in Australia.
- Manage multiple work streams, work under pressure to deadlines, own decisions, manage big budgets and communicate clearly at every level through the business.
- 5+ years of relevant brand management experience.
- Master storyteller: You can craft a compelling narrative across different channels - you know how to match the message to the medium.
- A "builder" personality: You're biased toward action, a phenomenal collaborator and expert simplifier. You never stop pushing towards clarity and delivery.
- Driven: You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and seek something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away.

About the team:
We're seeking an ambitious and strategic individual to be Brand and Campaigns Manager for Turo Australia, where you'll play a pivotal role in growing brand awareness, building brand salience, and driving product education. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Partnerships, this is a dynamic and fast paced role with a high degree of ownership.
