Job Overview

This role involves coordinating and leading teams in day-to-day activities, assisting with mobilizing teams to designated bays, and liaising with the Construction Manager on current and upcoming projects.

Duties

1. Coordinate and lead teams in day-to-day activities, assist and lead teams to achieve desired outcomes.
2. In conjunction with Construction Manager, assist with mobilizing teams to designated bays.
3. Liaise with Construction Manager on current and upcoming projects.
4. Strategic planning and carry out of projects within timelines and budgets.
5. Coordination and training of team members, maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
6. Abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
7. Recording and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly outcomes, objectives & issues.

Requirements

• Coxswains grade 1
• CV high risk license
• LF High risk license
• Current First aid
• Car license with agriculture endorsement
• Ability to use and navigate via GPS
• Ability to operate plant & machinery i.e. excavators

Locations

Coffin Bay, currently 12-15 Lawrie Rd. This position requires extensive travel to different sites for periods of time with projects in Cowell, Haslam, Streaky, and Coffin Bay.

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
