    Duties and responsibilities:

    2. Financial support, including budget monitoring and procurement assistance.
    3. Documentation management and report generation.
    4. Regulatory compliance and risk identification.
    5. Facilitating communication among project stakeholders.
    6. Participating in project meetings and providing updates.
    7. Keeping abreast of industry trends and regulations.
    8. Contributing to process improvement initiatives.
    9. Liaising with franchisees.

    Skills and experience:

    • Education background in construction management, quantity surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.
    • Understanding of contract law and construction contracts.
    • Ability to manage budgets, analyze costs, and negotiate contracts.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Attention to detail is essential.
