This is a great opportunity for a Property Manager to join the area market leader within the inner west of Brisbane, close to Ipswich. Joining a business with a fresh approach to property management, you will manage either a modest sized portfolio yourself or work within a pod system sharing in the management of a clean, tidy and upmarket portfolio.

• Working within a beautiful area of inner west Brisbane, this is a rewarding, low-pressure opportunity with flexibility to assist in managing work and life.
  
• Your role will offer a good variety of in-office and external duties covering all aspects of full portfolio management (training provided).
  
• With no leasing (no weekends) and no trust account management, portfolios are capped to ensure service and job satisfaction remain high.
  

Requirements

• At least 18 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager / Property Manager (portfolio or pod tailored to your level).
  
• Hold a current Real Estate Certificate.
  
• Hold a current driving license.
  
• Be reliable and career-focused.
  
• Well presented with strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  
• Adaptable personality skills. Problem solving, negotiation.
  
• Friendly, sociable (critical to uphold the excellent company culture).
