- Set up and pack down tasks for barbeque dinner experiences and sunset drinks
- Provide service to guests - in an efficient and professional manner
- Work across a variety of locations and tours within the National Park - Under the Stars, watching the sunrise and set
- Understand guest requirements of food and beverages offered
- Have a Food Hygiene qualification or be willing to undertake (if not currently held)
- Cleaning duties
- Work to ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Ad-hoc duties as required
- Enjoy creating a customer service experience within the hospitality industry
- Love outdoors, environment and culture
- Are a team player with ability to prioritise daily tasks with a can do attitude
- Have physical capacity to set up and pack down buffet equipment
- Have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handlers Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Previous experience in restaurant or café environment and/or tourism and enjoy the outdoors
- Valid Driver's license
