    For over 10 years Wood has held a maintenance contract with Ampol to deliver leading maintenance and project services to their Lytton Refinery, heavily embedded into the culture with a strong focus on team alignment across the contracting teams.

    We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Maintenance Planners with Oil & Gas background to join our team at the Refinery.


    This role:
    Supports the Lead Planner with the ongoing development and implementation of various planning and quality processes, whilst assuming responsibility for scoping, estimating, planning & scheduling all work in a designated process area of the RefineryThis role offers:An opportunity to progress and thrive by working collectively and making an active contribution to the team,

    RESPONSIBILITIESReview CMMS daily for approved notifications, creating work orders,
    Conduct site inspections to provide a detailed scope of work,
    Populate the work order & workpack with the tasks, discipline hours, materials, specialist vendor requirements, PMRs and other services required to execute the work,
    Maintain integrity of the CMMS,
    Reserve all stock materials, identify part numbers and all information required for the purchase of non-stock items,
    Maintain overview of the user status constraints.
    Verifying the workorder status accurately represents the progress & constraint through the entire life cycle of the workorder,
    Liaise with Area Planners, identifying SIMOPS opportunities during the development of the Turnaround, 90 Day, 28 Day, Maintenance & Alliance weekly schedule,
    Attend & proactively participate in the Weekly Planning & Scheduling meetings,
    Participate in the development & control of the R&M Area Budgets.
    QUALIFICATIONSCMMS knowledge and demonstrated experience (SAP)
    Degree or diploma in Engineering or trade qualification
    10+ Years' experience within a similar industry or related industry workplace
    Knowledge of relevant discipline and Industry procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and best practices
    Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
    Highly desirablePrimavera (P6) experience.
    Highly skilled in MS Suite Skills.
    Actively commits to being a OH&S Leader.
