    Role Summary:

    Wipro is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Presales Consultant for Service Now Solutions, tailored for the Australia and New Zealand market.

    This role is pivotal in establishing Wipro as a leader in digital transformation by leveraging the comprehensive capabilities of Service Now.

    The ideal candidate will be a technically adept and highly motivated individual, capable of crafting and presenting high-impact demonstrations, developing engaging sales pitches, and effectively communicating the value of Service Now solutions to customers across business and technology spectrums.

    S erve as a technical and solution expert in Service Now offerings, actively participating in presales engagements, and demonstrating deep knowledge across multiple workflows.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer technical and business leaders, understanding their digital transformation vision and positioning Service Now as a pivotal platform.

    Translate complex business objectives and requirements into compelling architectural solutions and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer goals.
    Engage with enterprise architects and other key stakeholders to integrate Service Now solutions into the customer's core application ecosystem.
    Spearhead the technical governance, delivery operating model, and adherence to best practices to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

    Collaborate with Account Executives to craft tailored sales pitches and responses for RFPs/RFIs, highlighting the unique value proposition of Service Now solutions.

    Contribute to the Wipro community by sharing knowledge, leading practices, and thought leadership related to Service Now and digital transformation initiatives.


    Required Qualifications and Experience:
    Profound knowledge and experience in Service Now, with a mandatory Service Now certification.
    Expertise in creator workflows, ITSM/ITOM, and experience across the NOW platform is essential.
    Strong demonstration capabilities with a high energy level and presence, capable of delivering compelling and engaging presentations to customers.
    Proven ability to develop sales pitches and solutions, emphasizing storytelling from both business and technological perspectives.
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    Relevant experience will be highly regarded.
    Experience in a multi-regional or multi-organizational setting, with the capacity to thrive in a multicultural environment.
    Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a client-oriented and result-driven approach.
    Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage clients at all levels, including C-suite.

    Preferred Skills:
    Prior presales or sales experience in the IT/technology sector, especially related to Service Now solutions.
