Leading ASX listed property investment companyWork closely with senior members of the teamBroad range of high quality property and asset management workWith a geographically diversified portfolio and a high quality tenant base, our client is a leader in property investments recognised for its focus on sustainability and seeks an experienced property lawyer to join the company.

Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel and working with the legal team, you will be responsible for managing leasing and asset management matters, works projects and funds management matters across a number of jurisdictions; and for providing support in relation to a broader portfolio of work.

You will regularly liaise with other members of the team and manage external legal advisers as required.

The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced property lawyer with 4 to 6 years' post qualification experience, including experience in office, retail and industrial leasing.

Candidates offering funds management and/or broader corporate experience are also encouraged to apply.
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills, an ability to build good working relationships, be proactive, work in a team and autonomously, and take a practical, solution focused approach
