This is an exciting newly created position within the Return to Work Victoria RTWV Business Unit to support the performance management of WorkSafe s general and specialist agent panel The Manager Agent Performance Relationships will be responsible for leading the engagement between senior management across WorkSafe s agent panel general and specialist agents and RTWV In addition you will also enjoy the opportunity to coach and mentor others supporting in their professional development Key Responsibilities Lead the relationship development with Agents ensuring a transparent collaborative effective relationship is always maintained with The Agent Performance Relationship team Develop maintain effective relationships with internal external stakeholders making recommendations regarding their involvement influence on project outcomes Collaborate with The Agent Contract branch ensure alignment of Agent performance management contract management About you You will have extensive experience knowledge Workers Compensation combined your ability apply reasoned judgement complex issues arise including those unexpectedly Your strengths leadership relationship building skills negotiation influence at senior level on complex issues Additionally you will possess following skills experience Well-developed technical expertise specific area or management leadership professional teams Accountability achievement team results Demonstrated ability manage conflicting priorities perform under pressure decisive initiative flexibility absence supervision direction Capacity develop document strategic work business plans lead organisational change In-depth understanding WorkSafe business Workers Compensation Personal Injury Agent panel contracts remuneration expectations
