    Description

    We are seeking a skilled Data Modeler to support our clients at Zone IT Solutions. As a Data Modeller, you will design, implement and maintain data models for our clients' data warehouse solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Expertise in Data Modeling Concepts: Strong understanding of data modeling principles and techniques.
    • Data Warehouse Design: Experience in designing and implementing data models for data warehouses.
    • Hadoop Fundamentals: Understanding of the fundamentals of Data Modelling in Hadoop.
    • Logical and Physical Data Modelling: Proficiency in logical and physical data modelling in complex environments spanning Hadoop and Teradata.
    • Erwin Data Modeler Tool: Familiarity with Erwin Data Modeler tool, including the Web Portal feature.
    • Enterprise Data Models: Experience in banking/financial industry models and designing Enterprise data models.
    • Proficiency in Data Modeling Tools: Proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques.
    • SQL Skills: Strong SQL skills, including complex query writing and performance tuning.
    • Database Technologies: Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata.
    • ETL Processes: Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Ability to work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs.
    • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
