    The Position

    As part of our Managed Services practice, you'll join our talented Network & Security Operations Specialists Team and bring your expertise to provide network support to both AC3 and our customers and minimise risks.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage, maintain and improve the Network services for AC3 and customer systems
    • Monitor performance of key components, solutions and services
    • Assist with compiling weekly and monthly reports on managed Networks as required
    • Ensure that managed Networks meet or exceed operational SLAs
    • Provide input into the design and implementation of technical solutions and services
    • Strong emphasis on dealing with customers and service management of tickets etc for incidents, requests, problems and change management.
    Skills & experience
    • Previous experience working as a Network & Security Operations Engineer, with proven L3 troubleshooting skills
    • Previous experience working for an MSP/IT Solutions Provider highly desirable
    • Strong technical skills across
      • Cisco R&S
      • Palo Alto
      • F5 LTM/GTM
      • Aruba and Cisco wireless
      • Fortigate
      • AWS/Azure/VMWare Clouds
      • A plus: Juniper R&S and Voice technologies (a plus)
      • eVPN / VXLAN (a plus)
    • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in diverse network and security
      topologies
    • Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP, CCDA, ITIL, etc.
