- Provide expert advice and support to management and staff on HR matters.

- Support the HR Manager in delivering the HRIS rollout.
- Manage employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinaries.
- Support recruitment and selection processes for various departments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
- Assist with learning and development activities across the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations.
- Experience working in a similar HR role advisor or coordinator role.
- A general understanding of employment law and OHS best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
- A salary package of $90,000, plus superannuation.
