We are currently seeking an experienced Counsellorto join our Parenting Orders Program team based in Cabooltureon a Part-time basis.Some travel within the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast Regions is expected and regular after hours service delivery is essential.
As a Counsellor, your primary role will be to provide assessment, counselling, psychoeducation, referrals, case management to parents, as well as co facilitation of the Business of Parenting Groupwork.
The role may also provide support to children and families.What you'll need
Possession of a Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Behavioural Science from a recognised tertiary institution
Eligible for membership with APS; AASW; or PACFA
Current Queensland Drivers Licence
Suitability Card for Child Related Employment (Blue Card)
Willingness to undergo a criminal history check
