    Registered Nurse, Aged Care - Tasmania (Hobart, Launceston, Devonport)

    About the role

    • Looking for Registered Nurse Level 1 and 2
    • Permanent full-time position OR Permanent part-time
    • Reporting to the Care Manager, within a multi-disciplinary team to contribute to, and assist with, the coordination of high quality best practice effective clinical care that supports and enhances residents and clients individual needs and wellbeing.
    • As a Registered Nurse, you will have sound knowledge of ACFI documentation and Commonwealth standards. Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and EN staff and promote a harmonious team approach to the delivery of resident care.

    • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1
    • Experienced as an registered nurse in residential aged care/ home care (preferred)
    • Demonstrated up-to-date knowledge and skills in Contemporary Aged Care Services
    • Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
    • Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)

    Essentials for working in Aged Care:

    • A current Working With Vulnerable People card OR willing to apply if not available
    • Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
    • Full Australian working rights
    • Ability to pass a National Police Check clearance
