    Description

    We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Our ideal candidate will possess industry experience within the local area and a solid understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing property management services to achieve sales and earnings targets by:

    1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs
    2. Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments
    3. Conducting routine property inspections
    4. Preparing necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
    5. Collaborating with our team to explore innovative opportunities for clients

    To succeed at Elders, you should have:

    1. Prior experience as a Property Manager
    2. A current driver's licence and a property management licence
    3. Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
    4. A team-oriented approach with good time management skills
    5. Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm for innovation
