The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work out of Bundaberg and join our team of experts. Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Advising and supporting growers through crop protection and nutrition plans.
• Constructing informative reports and recommendations.
• Offering technical guidance and assistance direct to growers.
• Liaising with key industry stakeholders to stay up to date with new technologies.
• Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data.
• Supporting, maintaining, and improving current client relationships.
• Progressing and developing the reach of the business.
• Promoting the company's service offering.
• Learning and growing into the technology aspect of Avocado and Macadamia production.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Tertiary qualifications in agricultural science and/or agronomy.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a horticultural agronomist in Australia or New Zealand.
• A proven ability to establish, maintain, and develop relationships that drive business growth.
