    Description
    HainanAirlines is the only Skytrax 5 Star Chinese airlines, offering flights to over100 destinations worldwide. We are currently seeking an senior station Manager to oversee our Melbourne Airport operations. As theAirport station Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operationof our airport services, managing a team of GHA, and providing excellentcustomer service to our passengers.

    Responsibilities

    • Overseeing all aspects of airport operation, including check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
    • Managing GHA team, including training and performance management
    • Ensuring compliance with all aviation regulations and safety procedures
    • Maintaining effective communication with other departments and stakeholders, including airport authorities and other airlines
    • Managing customer feedback and complaints, and ensuring our passengers receive the highest level of service

    Qualifications

    • At least 1 years experience in aviation operations, preferably in a management role
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
    • Sound knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures
    • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for outstanding service
    • Flexibility to work on a rostered shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays
