    Administrative Assistant - Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance (RAQA)

    About the Role

    As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our large RAQA team. This includes generating KPI reports, organising and supporting internal meetings, training or external audits and team building events.

    You will be a key point of contact for general enquiries, administer various accounts and software systems as well as take part in record keeping.

    About You

    We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and self-directed individual who is passionate about quality in healthcare products and supports the delivery of medical devices to our customers.

    You will have strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and always look for improvements in the way we do things to continually increase efficiencies and outcomes.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
    • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
