    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Digital, Design and Data team as we transform our approach to delivering content to clients.

    Reporting into the Head of Digital CX and Marketing Technology, the role will support the broader marketing team to build digital content and deliver it to market, using a variety of tools (including Marketo).

    This role sits within our Marketing & Client Services (MCS) department. The MCS team comprises marketing, communication and digital specialists, in areas such as design and digital; communication, media and content; marketing and campaigns; events and networks and business development specialists.

    Your day
    Key responsibilities include:

    • Contribute to the continued development and implementation of our targeting and personalisation strategy.
    • Implement and deliver digital marketing solutions to support growth campaigns, insights and value propositions to promote our suite of sector and service offerings.
    • Build digital assets using existing templates across our digital ecosystem, which includes Episerver/Optimizely (our CMS), InterAction (our CRM), ON24, Marketo and Qualtrics. Examples of digital outputs include client segment lists, emails, web pages, landing pages, forms, webinar interfaces, campaign automations and flows, and client surveys.
    • Contribute to the development and adoption of new digital marketing templates and landing pages, using data insights and experimentation to iteratively improve these.
    • Provide training, guidance and support to our network of platform users, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
    • Participate in the digital and design backlog process to consistently prioritise improvements to our digital touchpoints through the define, design, develop and deliver cycle – with a focus on identifying and managing improvements at the delivery stage.

    Your clients
    Internal clients will include the broader marketing team consisting of:

    • Marketing & Campaigns and Events & Networks team- to support delivery of campaigns, events and key marketing initiatives, and for guidance on our content agenda as it relates to our digital platforms.
    • Communications & Brand team – for guidance on our content agenda as it relates to our digital platforms and to keep tuned to the firm's corporate communications and editorial agenda.
    • Business development team – to support buyer and influencer strategy and support opportunities to follow up on leads.

    You will also liaise with our digital marketing agency partners and platform vendors.

    What you'll bring

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Experience working in a multi-functional B2B marketing team in a professional setting.
    • At least 2-3 years' experience in using digital tools to execute marketing campaigns.
    • Hands-on digital content delivery using Marketo (or a similar marketing automation tool) and content management tools.
    • Ability to work effectively within a geographically dispersed, multi-functional team.
    • A passion for keeping ahead of emerging digital best practices.
    • Ability to impart technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, through instructional learning and other forums.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related discipline would be advantageous.

    Work pattern

    • This is a full-time permanent position. Hybrid working (60% in the office) is how we work however flexibility matters at Allens, so if you are seeking hybrid working or are looking for flexibility in your work, we would be happy to discuss what arrangements would work best for you.
