Site Manager - Northern NSW - Opportunity to join a well-regarded Head Contractor that specialises in; Education, Medical & Retail New builds &RefurbishmentsAre you based in Northern NSW and have a track record of delivering high profile projects?Tasks & Responsibilities:
Full Management of site trades and subcontractors
Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
Strong understandings and knowledge of building regulations
Implementation of OH&S policies
Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
Assisting the Project team with project reporting
Assisting with scope of works formation
Programme formation and implementation
Client liaison
Maintenance of site diary

Qualifications & Required Experience:
5+ years supervising/ site managing in NSW
Delivering commercial new-builds up to $5 M
Must have strong structural knowledge
Trade background
Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
The ability to work to and meet deadlines
Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
Exceptional rapport-building and key stakeholder liaison skills
A proactive attitude that is driven to succeed
