    How will I help?

    An exciting opportunity is available for a Manager, Strategic Marketing to join our team.

    Your key responsibilities include:

    • Monitoring and regularly report on portfolio performance, identify opportunities to optimise in-flight performance to ensure delivery against targets.
    • Understand the competitor landscape, cultural trends, customer insights and company dynamics that could inform strategic marketing approach
    • Map the customer journey and work with key internal stakeholders across media, advertising and digital to ensure seamless campaign experience that maximises commercial return
    • Work on annual planning processes to support our strategy and drive continual improvement through test and learn approach
    • Develop strategic briefs which are used by advertising, media and digital to mobilise activity in market.

    What do I need?

    To be successful in this role, you need to have the following skills:

    • Experience in leading indirect & diverse cross-functional teams by understanding differing objectives and goals and translating these into common priorities to create alignment.
    • Extensive experience working with multiple stakeholders across different areas of a business to enable strategic marketing campaigns, digital and channel initiatives that drive the strategic objectives of the business.
    • Strong understanding of key marketing disciplines including advertising, digital acquisition performance and customer lifecycle marketing.
    • Deep understanding of customer insights, customer segments and buying behaviours.
