- Design and implement voice communication systems, including VoIP, SIP, and PBX technologies
- Manage and troubleshoot voice network issues and outages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
- Perform system upgrades and migrations
- Maintain documentation and diagrams of voice network infrastructure
- Proven experience as a Network Voice Engineer or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of voice communication technologies such as Cisco Call Manager, Avaya Aura, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of VoIP protocols and SIP trunking
- Experience in network troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA Voice, Avaya ACSS) are preferred
