    Description

    Join the Morgans Marketing team as a Digital Content Coordinator (Immediate start) In this role, you'll be the creative force behind our online presence From captivating videos for events to engaging social media content, your talent will shine as you bring our brand to life across all channels.

    What you will be doing

    • Primary function as the videographer is use the multi-camera studio equipment to develop video and audio content – includes editing and distribution across our internal and external channels
    • Ensure all video produced and associated with the Morgans brand is quality checked and maintains a high standard
    • Write, develop, manage and moderate our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, using Sprout to schedule and moderate posts and comments
    • Review performance data to provide tangible insights to the marketing team and all stakeholders
    • Liaise with marketing department stakeholders and other business stakeholders to understand their needs and assist in developing video, social and website concepts
    • Assist with managing jobs and workflow through the marketing planner and marketing inbox. Includes assisting with incoming requires for video content

    What you will bring

    • An appropriate tertiary qualification in videography, visual design, marketing or other relevant area
    • Experience in a similar digital and social media content role
    • Proficient in the use of design tools including the Adobe Creative Suite and Sprout, Mouseflow, Salesforce, Webflow and Google Analytics. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint and Planner
    • Some experience in using web analytics for content analysis, reporting and content improvement. to guide content development and maximise traffic to website
    • Use social media reporting and insights to drive continued improvement and digital content development Hardware/Software: Windows PC, Tricaster 860 knowledge (or willingness to learn); Premiere Pro (Editing), After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, YouTube, Vimeo
    • Self-motivated, organised and accountable
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Confidence and ability to manage a variety of key stakeholders, to achieve marketing outcomes and meet tight deadlines
    • Attention to detail. Demonstrated experience in writing and editing (including spelling, grammar, punctuation and brand style)
