    Sales Operations Executive | Australian Designer Fashion

    Our client is an Australian luxury fashion brand known for its elegant, contemporary designs. The brand combines sophisticated tailoring with a modern aesthetic, creating timeless pieces.

    We are seeking a Sales Operations Executive to manage local and international order dispatch, EDI sales processes, and ensure timely delivery. You will coordinate with warehouses, sales agents, and internal teams to resolve order issues, manage customer statuses, and handle invoicing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee monthly dispatch of orders, ensuring timely processing.
    • Manage EDI sales order process, addressing price mismatches and ensuring smooth order flow.
    • Liaise daily with local and international warehouses to solve dispatch issues and collaborate with the accounts team on customer status and invoicing.
    • Issue delivery tracking numbers weekly and manage shipping approvals for overseas orders.
    • Handle major retail accounts to ensure timely stock delivery and manage customer portals.
    • Coordinate with sales agents, track open orders, process staff and director orders, present wholesale figures, and manage chargebacks.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience managing order dispatch, EDI sales order processes, and resolving issues in a fashion business.
    • Strong coordination skills, working with warehouses, accounts teams, and sales agents.
    • Proficiency in issuing delivery tracking numbers and overseeing shipping approvals for overseas orders.
    • Experience with managing online customer portals and investigating stock discrepancies.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

    Working Arrangements: 5 days in office with occasional flexibility
