    Betty's Burgers Kitchen Manager Role

    Join the iconic Betty's Burgers team as a seasoned hospitality professional in the pivotal role of Kitchen Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage stock control and ordering processes effectively.
    • Oversee kitchen staff to ensure high-quality products and efficient operations.
    • Develop and implement effective rostering and timesheet systems.
    • Implement budgeting and food costing strategies.
    • Maintain exceptional kitchen presentation, cleanliness, and product integrity.
    • Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy workplace environment.
    • Contribute to the opening and closing of the restaurant.

    Requirements:

    • Proven leadership experience in fast-paced kitchen environments.
    • High standards of food preparation and productivity.
    • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
