Job Title: Employment Services Area Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and Coordinate the Team: Manage and coordinate the employment services team, providing guidance and support to ensure a high-quality service to clients.
2. Caseload Management: Work with the Intake Office Coordinator to manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring assessments are conducted effectively to maintain full capacity.
3. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and achieve organizational goals.
4. Program Delivery: Oversee the delivery of employment programs, ensuring they are effective, efficient, and client-focused.
5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
6. Outcome Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, using data to drive continuous improvement.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
8. Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
9. Representation: Represent the organization at industry events, forums, and networks.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Demonstrated experience in recruiting, job matching, and working with people with disabilities.
2. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and resolve complex problems.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including preparing proposals and contracts.
4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and change management skills, with a self-directed and results-oriented approach.
5. Administrative Skills: Well-developed administrative, financial, and human resources management skills.
6. Disability Experience: Extensive experience in disability employment services or similar.
