    HR Advisor

    We have offices in Perth, Kununurra, Broome, Karratha, Geraldton, and Adelaide, employing approximately 400 staff members with substantial business growth forecast over the next five years.

    About the Role

    • Provide guidance and advice on general HR queries to employees.
    • Assist managers in resolving employee relations matters, including grievances, performance, and development.
    • Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures.
    • Participate in broader HR projects, such as process and systems improvements.
    • Streamline onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Support the creation of eLearning modules within the LMS for policy understanding and compliance.
    • Oversee training coordination, focusing on apprentice and trainee development.

    Requirements

    • Prior experience as an HR Advisor (or similar) with exposure to the full employee lifecycle is essential.
    • Demonstrated experience in interpreting the Fair Work Act, NES, and Awards is required.
    • A tertiary qualification or progression towards human resources management or a related field is highly desirable.
    • A high level of attention to detail with continuous improvement initiatives is necessary.
    • A strong working knowledge and experience utilising HRIS are required.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact at all levels of the organisation are essential.
